About Our Founder

Andrew Maxon is the Founder of Maxon Inc. He is involved with both the operational and technical sides of most consulting engagements. His background spans IT, AI, cybersecurity, Modeling Simulation and Training (MS&T) systems, program documentation, engineering, and the design of systems that connect people, software, and the physical world.

He has supported defense programs, commercial organizations, and technology businesses—helping them shape proposals, build new product architectures, improve documentation, and solve complex technical challenges with precision and clarity.
